Does rotation apply to all pages?
Yes. The rotate tool applies the same angle to every page in the file, which matches most "fix scanned bundle" workflows. Per-page rotation is not yet supported.
Will rotation hurt image or text quality?
No. Rotation is a structural metadata transform — DimlyPDF does not rasterize your pages, so text, vectors, and images remain at full quality.
What rotation angles are available?

Can I rotate password-protected PDFs?
You need a PDF that is open normally in a viewer without modification restrictions. If your file is encrypted, remove the restriction first.
